The TurnKey editor enables the CMS users to view almost exactly what the content will look like as it is edited.  It is still very useful though to preview a page in the context of the site with the rest of the page and menus as well. The preview option opens a new window and puts the content in context with the rest of the site BEFORE the content is published. This function makes it easier to do a better job.
