Comments to the operation

The company is very pleased with the development in Q3/04. All subsidiaries show a growth in total revenues and in licenses sold, both in the quarter and for the year in total. The Benelux subsidiary is again showing growth and the subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark and Germany deliver solid revenue increases.  The company’s cash balance is increased by MNOK 47,3 compared to the same period last year.

During the quarter the company has launched a new CRM platform which provides new opportunities related to integration and customization at customer sites. The new platform also gives system integrator partners better opportunities to include SuperOffice CRM in their total integrated offering to customers. In order to provide partners with better support related to their SuperOffice business, the company has launched SuperOffice Developer Network - a service directed towards system integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs) and customers with in-house development resources.

During third quarter the company has signed several agreements to deliver SuperOffice CRM solutions to large international customers. Among these are the English company TDG Plc., the German company Beumer Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and a leading international office furnishing supplier.

In addition to traditional delivery of the company’s solutions to end-users, the new SuperOffice platform has lead to increased interest from companies who need a CRM component in their own offering. This interest is based on the fact that more and more companies accept the importance of CRM related to increase customer loyalty, revenues and profitability. The company’s response to this interest is to increase focus on presenting SuperOffice as an OEM solution.
Future expectations
SuperOffice ASA has during the 7 last quarters showed a positive development in both revenues and profit.

The last quarter of last year (Q4/03) was an exceptionally good quarter for the company, primarily due to extraordinary high maintenance revenues. This year, maintenance revenues are more equally split between the quarters, but the company’s goal is still to match the performance in Q4/03.
