Straker CMS has been built on the Adobe Coldfusion (Java based) language and runs on either ColdFusion or the open source Railo server. 

ColdFusion Template Based

You can easily extend and adjust the CMS using ColdFusion templates. The system is based on Cold Fusion Components using an object orientated design model making it very easy to extend and build on. 

The Straker CMS (formally ShadoCMS) is built on the Adobe ColdFusion product stack. Consequently it has native integration to the great range of developer and server tools provided by Adobe and their partners.

The benefit of the ColdFusion language is that is very easy to use, yet very powerful thus reducing the time and cost to build great web and business applications. The language also has a number of hooks to integrate into other languages so that developers using .Net, PHP or Java can easily integrate with our technology.
