Net for Business is a software distribution company whose primary goal and focus is to maximise return on investment for our clients and ourselves through the implementation of software solutions that decrease costs and/or increase sales.
What an organisation does is really only a part of its corporate story. Because of what we do, how we do what we do is at least as important as what we sell or the work that we do.
Net for Business is a software distributor. At the moment our primary focus is sales, implementation, integration of web content management systems [CMS] and customer relationship management software [CRM] through partners to clients. We have significant commitment to support and training.
Our solutions are almost always mission critical not only on a day to day operational level but also in terms of the long term strategy, security and viability of our client's business. When Net for Business staff propose a solution to a need or design a system for a client we start with a needs analysis. We take this document very seriously. We do not simply sell a one-size-fits-all solution because business is not like that. Neither do we subscribe the vacuum cleaner nor photocopier sales processes, we genuinely believe in a solution based relationship with our clients and partners.
Whether we are dealing with a partner or a client, the combination of respect, honesty, performance and reliability leads to sustainable long term relationships and these are the only ones Net for Business is interested in.
N4B has a commitment to two key philosophies; Kaizen and Roido
The Japanese word "KAIZEN" means improvement; it involves everyone in our company and includes our partners and our clients too. It places great store on common sense. Kaizen encourages small improvements day after day, continuously. The key aspect of KAIZEN is that it is an on-going, never-ending improvement process. It's a soft and gradual method opposed to the more usual corporate habit of scrapping everything and starting anew. Our TurnKey CMS clients have seen this at first hand with six major releases and more than 20 point releases in the last five years. TurnKey is still the same but it is bigger, better, more sophisticated, more intuitive but it is still TurnKey. This constant change without radical change keeps our clients confident in their ability to use the product and our ability to satisfy their needs.
"ROIDO" [pronounced roy-dough] is a word crafted by N4B. It comes from joining the much used acronym for Return On Investment, ROI, with the Japanese and Korean word 'DO' that means the 'path to'. Roido therefore means literally the path to return on investment. ROI is often discussed but rarely proven. Understanding how products work and how they can make or save you money, or indeed if they do either of these things is imperative in unlocking the profit potential for your company. As a software distributor and solution provider N4B is always on the look out for products that do both of these things. Finding products with built in ROI and making them available to our customers is our primary business objective. Roido is always on the top of our mind when dealing with our customers and partners. We suggest it should be when you deal with your customers too.
