The Challenge
The customer entrusted us with the translation and validation for each market in its largest training event in which the entire sales network from more than 40 countries participated.
The project included 19 languages and seven variants totalling a volume of 1 million words in two month period.
The following languages and variants were required:

The Solution
- We held an initial meeting with the entire team (production, project managers, HR, translators, etc.).
- The client’s regular translators were assigned, all experts in automotive terms and trained in the client’s specific terminology.
- We developed our own content validation tool to handle the revision and approval for each market.
- We held regular follow-up meetings.
- We implemented a consultation system between translators and the client to resolve any doubts.
- We adapted rapidly to any changes in priority for material to be translated.
- We were on target with the schedule for all languages requested.
